Who is it designed for?

HR professionals and line managers who wish to become facilitators for the 360Q report.

Programmes under the section "Phi Certifications" follow standardized assessment and accreditation criteria therefore they are not subject to customization.

Phi Methodology

Our methodology relies on active participation within the learning process, that includes for this course, but is not limited to:

  • Pre-course work
  • Group and individual exercises
  • Role plays
  • Business Simulation and application
  • Assignments

After the training, the participant will be requested to complete a 360Q questionnaire for one delegate and after 2 weeks to 3 months from the 360Q online survey, he will be invited for an assessment session where he will have to conduct a complete 360Q feedback session under the supervision of Phi Trainers.
