The training was very useful as it helped me develop my presentation and public speaking skills which was one of my development goals for this year. The training truly helped me to move from a beginner to an intermediate level in this skill. I am now consciously competent and I hope that with practice and repetition, I will become unconsciously competent. The training helped me be conscious of the areas to improve in my voice, body language, hand movements, movements on stage, visuals, and content. I have improved many of those areas during the training, and I still have areas to improve of which I am conscious.

I enjoyed every aspect of this training, it was crucial for my professional development and wished I took it early on in my career. Train The Trainer was an exceptional experience! People are social animals, and thus they are in need of support and constructive feedback to keep on moving toward their future goals. My experience at the public speaking course conducted by Phi Management was simply great. I have personally learned so many tips that I could implement in my professional life, and that goes in line with my career orientation. The 360 Feedback session with Mrs. El Housseini was an eye-opener I could learn new facts about myself that not all people dare to dig into it perhaps because they are afraid to hurt you or perhaps they only see you in your current position. However the facilitator went beyond my title, position and experience, she evaluated the feedback and most of the time asked the RIGHT questions in order to get more insight that was not answered or provided from other colleagues' feedback, and assessed my competencies against Leaders in any type of business not specifically Hospitality. I appreciated the time taken to dig in more and the rich information provided by Mrs. El Housseini in the form of areas & competencies to be developed that not only impact the professional life but also the personal one....
