Unlike Interpersonal Dynamics Level 1, which focuses on foundational communication principles and personal awareness, Level 2 builds on these essentials by introducing advanced techniques such as transactional analysis, assertive style development, message crafting and high-impact feedback frameworks for more complex interpersonal situations.
