Accessibility Statement
Phi Management wants this website to work for everyone. This statement explains our target, what we have checked, what we know is not right yet and how to reach us.
Our commitment
We want everyone to be able to use phimanagement.com, including people who use a screen reader, a keyboard instead of a mouse, magnification or other assistive technology.
We are working toward the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. That is our target, not a claim that every page already meets it.
What we have checked
Our most recent review (automated axe-core checks on every page template at desktop and phone widths, plus keyboard testing) covered the following:
- Every link, button and form field shows a visible outline when you reach it with the keyboard, and a “Skip to content” link is the first stop on every page.
- Menus, the search panel and dialogs open and close with the keyboard (Escape closes them) and return focus to where you were.
- Text colour contrast was measured against the WCAG AA ratios.
- Images carry text descriptions, and decorative images are hidden from screen readers.
- Form fields have labels that screen readers announce, and errors are shown in text.
- The background video and the scrolling logo strips have pause buttons, and they stay still when your device asks for reduced motion.
Known limitations
Some things are not fully accessible yet, and we would rather tell you than hide them:
- The spam check on our forms (Google reCAPTCHA) is provided by a third party and we cannot change how it works. If it stops you, email us instead.
- Some older articles and downloadable documents may not yet meet every guideline.
Tell us about a problem
If any part of this website is hard to use, or you need information in a different format, email us at customerservice@phimanagement.com and we will help directly and work on a fix.
