In this programme, you will explore how your behaviours, emotions and communication patterns shape your relationships at work. Through practical activities, guided reflection and small-group discussions, you will examine how you show up in everyday interactions and how others may experience you. You will learn simple frameworks to recognise interpersonal dynamics in the moment and choose more constructive responses. By the end of the programme, you will be better equipped to build trust, handle tension and collaborate more effectively across your team and organisation.

Programme Highlights

This programme develops your leadership skills to better understand interpersonal dynamics and build more effective working relationships. You will:

  • Increase self-awareness in relationships: explore your natural interaction style, emotional triggers and default patterns, using feedback and reflection to understand how others experience you.
  • Understand key interpersonal dynamics: recognise common patterns such as trust, inclusion, power and conflict, and see how they play out in your day-to-day collaborations.
  • Practise core communication skills: use questioning, listening and clarifying techniques to create open, respectful dialogue in one-to-one and group conversations.
  • Navigate challenging interactions more constructively: apply simple tools to manage tension, give and receive feedback and maintain connection when emotions run high.
  • Create a personal interpersonal development plan: identify practical commitments and habits to strengthen your impact in relationships beyond the programme.
