Presentation Skills and Media Training Programme

The programme was executed over five weeks, with each week dedicated to a different group of 20 participants, ensuring personalised attention and tailored feedforward for each participant. Phi Management enlisted three expert facilitators with extensive experience in their respective fields: a public speaking and communication coach, a TV presenter with their own long-running programme in the MEA, and a TV reporter with extensive experience, including coverage from the White House.

The training journey was designed to blend scientific research, neuroscience principles, and the latest methodologies in public speaking and media communication. Participants engaged in various hands-on activities, starting with public speaking skills practice, where they delivered a live recorded speech that was played instantly and reviewed by their peers and facilitator, followed by constructive feedforward. They also practised presenting in a simulated press conference environment to refine their skills for formal settings and participated in mock interviews to prepare for real-world media scenarios.

The final day of each week featured a professionally recorded interview in a studio setting at a local facility in Riyadh, offering participants a high-pressure environment to showcase and apply their newly acquired skills.

Each participant received a pre-programme report in Arabic that assessed their public speaking and media appearance based on previous recorded engagements they shared. A detailed post-programme report consolidated feedforward from facilitators and peers, offered a comprehensive overview of the participants’ growth throughout the programme.

This customised and research-driven approach ensured participants were fully prepared to represent Saudi Arabia with confidence and professionalism across diverse platforms.
