A Leading Civil Engineering and Building Construction Company in Kuwait partnered with Phi Management to establish a robust Performance Management System designed to monitor and measure employee performance at all levels of the organisation.
To develop the system, Phi Management collaborated with the senior leadership team to create a comprehensive Core and Leadership Competencies Framework. This framework served as the foundation for performance management and other critical processes, including learning needs analyses and the design of assessment centres with tools aligned to each leadership competency. The project was executed in three phases:
- Developing the Competencies Framework,
- Designing the Performance Management Form and Guide, and
- Conducting training sessions to introduce the framework and guide employees through the Performance Management process.
This systematic approach ensured the organisation could effectively align employee development with strategic goals.
