  • Craft clear and compelling messages: define concise key messages and talking points that align with your organisation’s objectives and can be delivered consistently across interviews and press conferences.
  • Prepare for press conferences with confidence: use a structured approach to planning and rehearsing for press events, especially when you hold responsibility to manage press conference on behalf of your organisation.
  • Handle difficult questions and high-pressure situations: apply techniques to stay calm, manage challenging or unexpected questions and maintain credibility under scrutiny.
  • Strengthen your presence on camera and in person: refine your voice, body language and non-verbal cues to project confidence, authenticity and authority in all media interactions.
