📣 In 2005, Micheline El Housseini Timbrell founded Phi Management, inspired by a conversation with a client about the Fibonacci sequence and its connection to the “golden ratio”, or Phi.
As Micheline El Housseini Timbrell recalls: “It was the first time I learned about it. I thought it was beautiful because it embodies a sense of balance, harmony and proportion. I thought it was the perfect name for the company I was starting to set up, the vision of which was to help develop great leaders who can create balance between strategy, execution, empathy and authority to create tangible and measurable impacts on business needs.”
This month Phi Management celebrates 19 years of operations with many notable milestones along the way. 🎉
