Micheline el Housseini Timbrell

Micheline el Housseini Timbrell is the Managing Director of Phi Management, a leading Human Resources Consulting and Talent Management 'Assessment and Development' organization.


Under Micheline's entrepreneurial leadership, Phi has developed its' enviable reputation for providing organisations in the region with practical solutions to their Human Resources, Talent Assessment and Learning and Development needs.


Micheline is the creative mind behind Phi's copyrighted products and trademarks such as:

  • Mangrove (Assessment and Development Centres),
  • IVOICE (Employee Engagement Survey),
  • 360 Quest (360 Feedback Questionnaire), and
  • Speakers' Corner (Communication and Public Speaking Academy).





In addition, her bespoke Learning and Development strategies, uniquely designed and developed, give companies in the Lebanese and UAE markets a distinct competitive advantage.


Expert in Talent Assessment and Development, Micheline works with multi-national and regional organisations, governmental bodies and private companies across a wide spectrum of industries. She has acted as an advisor to many top-notch organisations, providing them with superior leadership advice during transitional phases.


Micheline grew up in Lebanon, graduated from Saint-Joseph University Beirut with a BA in Human Sciences and continued her executive studies with Cornel University, London Business School and IMD. Her many certifications include internationally accredited organisations such as SHL, PDI, PAPI, Saville Consulting and The British Psychological Society. Micheline has spent 20 years working in Human Resources, rising to Area Human Resources Director for Intercontinental Hotels Group in 2000 before branching out on her own to create Phi.


She has spoken on HR topics, Leadership and Talent Acquisition at regional conferences as far afield as Cyprus, Bahrain and Beirut. She has lectured and shared her knowledge with the American University of Beirut - EMBA programme candidates, Notre Dame University and University St. Joseph Lebanon students, on a myriad of HR and Business Management topics.


Micheline continues to personally manage the company's key customer relationships and drives the execution of large projects forward.


Phi has witnessed an annual growth of 10 to 15% year on year.
