Academies are delivered over 3–12 months through modular learning and workplace application, concluding with a Capstone assignment and certification presentation that demonstrates learning transfer, business relevance, and return on investment.
The Participant’s Journey
The blended learning approach of Learning Academies integrates workshops, online modules, simulations, and practical exercises for a well-rounded experience.
Collaborative learning is orchestrated by Certified trainers with industry expertise who manage sessions that cover essential behavioural and technical leadership skills. Participants apply their skills on-the-job throughout the Academy which culminates with a Capstone assessment.
