Raymond worked with InterContinental Hotels in Lebanon in the recruitment and training department before joining Phi Management in 2011. He moved to PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) in KSA in the consulting division before rejoining Phi in 2014. He is currently the L&D Manager. He is a certified Master Trainer. He is certified in BPS, OPQ32 from SHL, and SPHR. He designs and delivers courses such as supervisory skills, managerial skills, communication, self-awareness and other developmental courses.
