Phi Management follows a screening and selection process for all trainers regardless of seniority in order to ensure the FIT element at all dimensions. Phi Management has its own Training standards and makes sure that all trainers are consistent in applying them. The L&D department manages all Phi trainers' activities and projects. Our team of trainers and facilitators consists of experts in training, facilitation skills and in their fields.
