Mira has a hospitality diploma from the American Hotel and Motel Association AHMA, Michigan University. She is certified in occupational testing from the British Psychology Society. She has achieved her certification in Strategic Human Resources Management from E Cornell. She has received her NLP practitioner and international coaching certification from the NLP academy London. She worked for a large Multi National Group in Lebanon for 5 years. She is a registered assessor and has been part of the assessors' group in Mangrove for Phi for 2 years. She delivers a variety of training including impactful communication, coaching and feedback skills, service excellence, Train the Trainer.
