Train The Trainer was an exceptional experience! People are social animals, and thus they are in need of support and constructive feedback to keep on moving toward their future goals. Life's journey is not only about moving forward, it is also about achievement, and Train The Trainer is a program which paves the road not only to a successful personal career, but also to a lucrative team spirit. Actually, I found exactly what I lacked for many years when I enrolled in Train The Trainer Course, and that is a critical eye which could clearly see and pinpoint the aspects I need to develop and enhance in order to reach my future aims. The training provided an interesting luggage & a different approach of communicating with polyvalent kind of audience that can be used every day. And in a fun constructive manner.
The training is an eye opener. It introduced me to new concepts in the public speaking world. The fact that we are trained by Experts in the field of public speaking, voice coaching, visual aids and body expression, has enlarged my horizon and fulfilled my need to get exposure to internationally recognized standards. My experience at the public speaking course conducted by Phi Management was simply great. I have personally learned so many tips that I could implement in my professional life, and that goes in line with my career orientation. What was interesting about this course is the learning curve that doesn’t end with the end of the training period; on the contrary, you leave the course bearing in mind the major learning outcomes that you will be developing more with practice. The training was full of life as it wasn’t theoretical, and the trainers tried to develop each and every participant separately by identifying his/her strengths and weaknesses. The training was a great experience which enabled me to increase my knowledge and understanding of what it takes to be a trainer.
